Many of our products are one-of-a-kind, meaning no two will ever be exactly the same. However, some items, like stickers, are created from original artwork but exist as unlimited editions. Each product description will specify whether an item is a unique, one-of-one piece.

Handmade – These items are crafted from scratch, either fully or partially, using raw materials. This may include items such as our handwoven paracord keychains or our clay sculpted charms.

Hand-Painted – These are pre-made items (such as handbags or accessories) that have been transformed with original artwork, painted by hand to make them unique.

Curated – These pieces are carefully sourced and assembled to create a distinctive, one-of-a-kind accessory. While they may not be handmade or hand-painted, they are thoughtfully selected and combined to align with Charisma & Royal’s artistic vision. Some curated pieces may also include handmade or hand-painted elements for added uniqueness.

Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days, depending on the item. Custom requested pieces may require additional processing time, which would be disclosed upon request confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Because of the unique nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

To preserve the quality of your hand-painted items, avoid excessive exposure to water, harsh chemicals, or rough handling. Store them properly when not in use, and gently clean with a soft cloth if needed. Specific care instructions may be provided with your purchase.
