Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@charismaandroyal.com within 3 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the damage or incorrect product
We will do our best to provide a comparable replacement (if available) or offer an alternative resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Custom & Commissioned Items
All custom and commissioned pieces are made especially for you and are non-refundable. We encourage clear communication during the customization process to ensure you are satisfied with your order.
